Sending mail (not spam). Which service to choose?

Faced with the need to send mail to their customers (not spam, customers agree to receive mailings). But even with configured SPF, DKIM, etc. mail often does not reach the addressee. Recommend a service of the "SMTP lease" type so that there are no problems with mail delivery, otherwise this is a real headache. Thanks to all who responded!

2 unrelated things at all.
Spam or not spam is automatically determined. Users can "agree" to receive outright spam (by an invisible check mark during registration, for example).

Mailout.ru - rent, administration of mail servers. Service for many years. They solve all problems with delivery, subject to completely legal distribution (by subscribers).
