We use mail for the domain at yandex.ru, there are no problems, mail works. I would like to somehow backup emails. As an option, put some kind of email client, score all accounts and save all letters, but it seems that everything will be wildly unstable.
Tell me, is there any solution for Windows that will hang as a service and periodically make copies of backup boxes.

Thunderbird + MozBackup.
Thunderbird downloads all messages via IMAP, and MozBackup dumps Mozilla product profiles. You can do without MozBackup by copying the profile ( C:\Users\noname\AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles )
IMAP connection configs are pulled up by themselves, usually, but here is a link to a help from yandex.
