Sending emails via SMTP to cms Wordpress

WP Mail SMTP Version 0.9.5
Contact Form 7 Version 4.1.2
The problem is that the test email goes out quite normally. But the forms that are created through Contact Form 7 swear "An error occurred while sending a message. Try again later or contact the site administrator."
1. In the forms, as well as in the WP Mail SMTP settings, the sender's mail is the same [email protected]
2. Sending through Yandex mail occurs, a test letter is sent in the settings of the WP Mail SMTP plugin
