There is a food ordering site, without a database. From there, we send orders by email. The script on the Gmail api reads new incoming emails and automatically sends them to a receipt printer for printing.

The script does not always work properly.

I am looking for the possibility of sending an order directly to print on a thermal printer.

For reasonable money you will not do better reliability.
As I understand it, you have a simple one-page site.

Cheap and cheerful, you can make a duplicate notification channel.
create a bot in telegram. start a private group. add the created bot there with administrator rights. Add kitchen workers.
on the site, before calling the function of sending mail, insert the notification function via telegram.
The function itself is 10 lines in php. you will need an api key from the botfaver and the identifier of the private group to which to send.
