Send money from your European card to your Russian card?

How to safely and with minimal commissions transfer money from a foreign bank card (Polish Bank Millenium card, in zlotys) to a Russian Sberbank card? (rubles)
I found several options:
Paypal - a lot of commissions, starting at 2.5 percent for replenishing an account, plus 3.5 percent for an international transfer, plus another 3.5 percent for currency conversion, plus still not at all profitable conversion within the account.
TranswerGo - looks like a scam office, like TrasferWise - the feeling that money can freeze, a lot of purchased reviews are everywhere
Payoneer - it’s not clear how
SWIFT works - it’s also not clear how to do it at all

Alternatively:

Or send funds using a money transfer system such as Western Union, if a bank in the Russian Federation cooperates with WU, you can receive funds right on the map.

I'm sorry, but it seems to me that you have not sufficiently delved into the work of the systems voiced above.
For example, I have been using PayPal for many years (for receiving and paying), but I do not know what a "recharge fee" is. On the Payoneer website, everything is also detailed, including tariffs, and even in Russian. I had to send money several times using TrasferWise, the money came clearly on time.
If you plan to conduct financial transactions, it is better to study the information directly from the primary sources. On the forums, people often write about what they themselves have not encountered. In addition, this information is most likely outdated.
