Hello. I want to create a blog site.
There will be a form for sending messages and that's it. As I understand it, you need to write a privacy policy for it in order to understand why I collect email addresses.
But, I would also like to sell a "course", this is a kind of product with recommendations on how to do this or that, and its cost is 100 rubles in total. Yes, and sales will not even go through some kind of aggregator, but through one site (there, like, you can earn money by shortening your links or selling courses, so I just have a course) and the money goes to the balance of this site. Here is the question: is it necessary to write something in the privacy policy for this or open some kind of IP and something like that. For example, for a turnover of 10 sales per day, i.e. ~ 30k rubles per month?

You need to write something in the privacy policy, it is not always necessary to create an IP. It all depends on the supplier you work with.
