Self-signed certificate not working?
Good afternoon!
There is a website on hc hosting, plesk control panel, cms wordpress. Woocommerce is installed on the site and when I try to place an order, I get a certificate missing error.
I went to the control panel, created a self-signed certificate, connected it, but nothing changed. Need more action? If yes, which ones and where? Can you go into detail step by step?

Obtain a certificate through Let's Encrypt (fortunately, in modern versions of Plesk there is a plugin for this, if the plugin is not installed for some reason, write to the hosting technical support to install it). Self-signed ones will not work if the user does not manually confirm them when entering the site.
A self-signed certificate for the web is useless. It is needed for debugging, for tests, for a corporate environment. No one will put your certificate manually for themselves, and even put trust in it. Get a certificate from LE if you don't want to figure out how it all works and don't want to spend money.
