Digital certificates

Which certificate to choose?

Hello, letsencrypt will not work due to some restrictions that are not directly related to the keys.
You will need to put a certificate on the site here and now as soon as it appears on the server.
All site names are not available at once.
Is there a certificate for IP without binding to domains or what can be offered?

When they ask "certificate for IP" - it is immediately clear that the person does not understand why he needs a certificate at all. A certificate is a digital identity that confirms by the authority of its publisher that the object (website, server, service, person) mentioned in the certificate is in fact the one it claims to be.
You can take a wildcard certificate that will confirm all subdomains of this domain (*.zhopa.ru)
You can take a SAN certificate that lists several aliases of one domain (zhopa.ru, zadnica.ru, popa.ru)
About the "here and now "You'd better talk to a major registrar like GlobalSign - maybe they have some kind of service for your needs.
