Self hosted web archive?

Good afternoon,
everyone probably knows the web.archive.org
portal. Is it possible to create such a portal on your servers, and to slander and store there exactly what I need?
wget -p -k mysite.com and wget -E -H -k -K -p mysite.com do not offer
I would like to have a web face and a history of changes.

if, nevertheless, it is an analogue of the Internet Wayback Machine and you need to store old copies and all that: use WAIL ( matkelly.com/wail ) + scheduler.
if you do not need old ones and on a Windows server - use the (paid) Offline Explorer (if there are a lot of pages, then the Enterprise version is better). Windows-GUI + built-in (weak) webserver

it is better to reduce the volume of stored information to personally significant fragments, etc.
