One phone number on two mobile devices?

Usually everyone wants 2 numbers in one phone, but I need the opposite: one number for two phones.
I will explain in more detail:
For example, there is a regular phone and a built-in phone in the car. Using it on the road is much more convenient than a mobile phone with a headset. But then you have to keep two numbers and everyone will call the main number, which is in the receiver, regardless of whether I am in the car or not.
So far, Google has suggested only two options for solving this problem, and both do not suit me:
1. Put the main SIM card in the car, the second one in your phone, and set up call forwarding on unavailability to the second one in the main number. Thus, while in the car, calls come to her, as she turned off the engine and got out - to her cell phone. But here a problem arises: when you need to call from a cell phone, then an additional second number will be displayed among the people, and gradually everyone will start calling back to it, that is, while in the car, you will receive fewer and fewer calls to the car number.
2. The main SIM card in the phone, setting up the unavailability of forwarding to the car, and turning off the cell phone every time you drive.
But there are already two inconveniences:
1) Every time you have to make gestures to turn on / off the phone, which can be forgotten.
2) If you call from the car, the interlocutors will see the second number, and not the main one.
What other options could there be to have the same incoming and outgoing number on several devices?
In general, I'm confused. The only way that solves the problem 100% is to move the SIM card from one device to another. But it's terribly inconvenient.
I hope the habrasoobshchestvo will help me in solving such a non-trivial task.
Thanks in advance.

rent the simplest vps, put an asterisk and connect a megaphone number to it. connect other devices via sip, for example. For a call, you need a minimum data transfer rate, you can use Yot devices (they have QoS for sip traffic and free unlimited per sip line - 64kb, i.e. you can not pay at all)

If it's only in the car, isn't it easier to put a bluetooth speakerphone or radio in the car?
In my Seat, the phone (when bluetooth is on) is connected to the radio immediately after the ignition is turned on, but this is standard equipment.

Sims used to be cloned and several people used one unlimited plan. But now, as far as I know, operators monitor this and block such SIM cards.
You will most likely need a redirect. I don’t know how it is in Russia, in Ukraine, almost all operators communicate within the network for free, so such redirection should not be too expensive.

In Belarus, you can officially buy a Twin card from operators - but they have jambs - the call comes only to one phone, and the one that was the last to register on the network - and since re-registration takes place automatically (from 3 hours to 1 day interval), then the call generally walks will often be unclear.
It is necessary to constantly turn off one phone, turn on another.

Mutual forwarding on two numbers - if this one does not answer for 5-7 seconds - there is a forwarding to that one. Everyone knows both of your numbers, and you warn that you can call any, just like you can call from one of them. True, if you also have a watch-mobile, then there are a lot of numbers.
However, I like your desire to make life more convenient - I didn’t even think about not taking my mobile with me - it’s good! I'll go google that clock, thanks for the idea.

Megafon has an option with IP-telephony. Frankly, I do not know if their server supports simultaneous registration from two clients to one number, but this possibility is worth considering.

Another option is to make two cards, with redirection, and order the “Private number” service on the auxiliary card. If the tariff is not very affordable, then acquaintances will not see which number you are calling from, and will not be able to call back to it.

And who prevents not parityas and buy a car kit?
at a neighbor, when you turn on the phone in the cigarette lighter, the car kit is activated, which, when a call comes in, turns off the car radio and changes the phone's speaker to the car's acoustics.
There are also car kits (not phones) in general with a normal handset with a dialer and an address book, which are also tied to your phone, but this needs to be googled in more detail, I don’t know the information

Technically, you can clone a SIM card, there used to be a lot of device offers of such functionality on the Web (I haven’t looked now).
However: only one SIM can be registered in the Operator's network.
Second: cloning is done by reading the original SIM card by brute force (selection) and overwriting something in it, and the amount of this “something” in the case of a long brute force selection can greatly decrease.
It's been a long time since I've read it, and I'm explaining it as I remember. Therefore, please only praise me :) :) :).

There is such a solution.
Take 2 sim cards from us. Use one in the car in the phone, the other in the second phone.
We select the number 495/499 or another city in Russia. Or use Multiphone from Megafon.
Both will call with the same outgoing caller ID. With an incoming call, you can set up a distribution scheme - both simultaneously / sequentially / on no answer and other schemes. You can even put a voice greeting and organize a dial-up scheme by time of day: so that they don’t call at night or turn on the filter for incoming caller ID. For example, cut off everyone, except for a group of relatives or VIP clients. In this case, you can switch from one handset to another by extension number.
The cost of outgoing calls to any mobile phone in Russia is 1.56 rubles/min. In Russia, calls from 40 kopecks / min.
You can even record all conversations and listen online.
