Put Russian letters on the remote control or mini keyboard

There are a lot of interesting models of remote controls and small android and other keyboards on the Internet. For example like this .
It would seem, buy-don't-want, but the lack of Russian letters is very disturbing, despite the possession of a blind ten-finger dial.

Is there an acceptable way to apply the letters? Not laser engraving (which will cost as much as the device itself, and we don’t take such small things for work), but something inexpensive, of normal quality (that is, so that it doesn’t look like a collective farm) and sufficiently technological? Stickers are also not an option, because. they are sold under a full keyboard.

Personally, I once bought an ipazzport remote keyboardand over this question broke his head. The only thing that came to my mind was to etch Russian letters from copper foil (a laser iron and foil tape for stained-glass windows) and stick it on the keyboard. But it does not look the best way and is very, very time consuming.

I thought about microscopic stencils, I did not find anything for sale. I still feel in my gut that the answer lies somewhere in the technology of applying letters to ordinary inexpensive keyboards (the letter is applied with some kind of paint and covered with either varnish or film), but I also don’t know how to approach it.

Why is laser engraving expensive?
Putting Russian letters on a MacBook cost 500 rubles, if you don’t need thousands of remotes to Russify a completely budget option.

How much time has passed and the question is still relevant. Can you tell me how did you solve this issue?
There is the coolest remote control, but it only exists in English, you can record 4 remote controls on it, well, a mouse with a keyboard, headphones and a microphone, of course.

I suggest using a marker with a thin nib type oil based / lacquer / oil. they come in different colors.
also, as an option, in some cases, for example, when buying a bluetooth keyboard with rubber buttons, but without Russian letters, you can look for the same keyboard, but more popular and therefore cheap and with Russian letters - often these are 2.4g RF devices, as opposed to bluetooth. after the exchange of spare parts, one keyboard, which can now be sold without Russian letters.

The best option. This is a stencil. A small stencil can be burned on an oilcloth with a laser. Any cheap Chinese laser printer will cope, or you can find it for private owners on Avito for inexpensive. Then, as they wrote above in the comments, use a marker, varnish or oil, to apply through this stencil. Oily might be better.
