How can I broadcast audio around the apartment (house)?

I have been studying this issue for a week, but there is a feeling that I missed something.
Given: an apartment, it has 4 zones, two of which have 2 speakers each, two of them have one each (6 speakers in total, all in the ceilings). The sound source is jack 3.5 (it doesn't matter if it's a phone, a tablet or something else).
Task: sound simultaneously in all 6 speakers, with a separate zone control at the entrance (!!!), high volume is not required - this is for background music and listening to the radio. There will be repairs, so the cables can be laid anywhere and as much as you like.
I've found three solutions so far:

1. "Official" - there are broadcast amplifiers, there are ceiling speakers for them, there are volume controls for them on the wall. The total amount of the solution (without posting) is about 27t.r.
   
   • Pluses: no dances, tambourines and "collective farm", we buy, we connect.
     
   • Cons:
     - overpayment for an amplifier (as a rule, they have microphone inputs, with cards, bluetooth, the size of a receiver, and even a cooler for cooling at a power of only 30W;
     - ceiling acoustics of dubious quality are mostly single-band and intended for voice alerts;
     - volume controls for the price of acoustics
     
   
   
2. "Cunningly invented" - you can use car acoustics and a car amplifier (or just a radio tape recorder). You can meet 13t.r.
   
   • Pluses:
     - cost;
     - acoustic quality (coaxial, 2-3 bands)
     
   • Cons:
     - I don't know what to do with the volume controls;
     - I don’t know how many channels to take the amplifier, because the brain boils from counting Ohms with parallel, and then serial connection;
     - I don’t know if there will be noise if the distance from the amplifier to the speakers is 6m (this is the maximum);
     - I don’t know how to get rid of the stereo (it’s superfluous in such a system)
     
   
   
3. "Chinese" - Ali is full of amplifiers already with volume controls that can be built right into the wall (these are small boards). Such a decision may not exceed 10t.r. in total.
   
   • Pluses:
     - cost;
     - there are many different pieces of iron, the choice is large;
     
   • Cons:
     - these amplifiers need to be supplied with power, and even 12V;
     - these amplifiers, of course, also heat up, and they are simply scary built into the wall;
     - they do not turn off when the volume is turned down to a minimum
     
   
   

I would be grateful for any advice and examples. Unfortunately, companies selling broadcasting equipment are aimed at corporate clients and it is difficult to get their advice on this matter. I have not yet considered solutions with conventional radios (blocks from music centers and other things), because they also have a built-in amplifier, but what about the resistance, connecting to the existing two channels, etc. I don't know.
And finally, one of the scenarios: a radio in the kitchen plays from a tablet or phone. One goes, say, to the shower. Turns on the light in the bathroom, turns up the sound on the controller, keeps listening to the radio.

Если я правильно понял, вы хотите сделать так: в каждой комнате "крутилка" громкости которая при нуле выключает акустику полностью.
Вариант "сделай сам":
1. Покупаешь на али или на радиорынке, или в чип-дипе пучек энкодеров.
Они бывают уже с красивой ручкой и панелькой, бывают без - тогда ручки сам подберешь. Выбор огромный. При желании можно найти энкодер сразу с числовым экранчиком, чтоб громкость показывал.
2. Покупаешь усилителей по количеству комнат или больше, если комнаты большие и хочется отдельно управлять громкостью вооон в том углу. Собираешь такую систему: на стене крутилка-энкодер, контроллер ждет сигналов с него, управляет громкостью усилка. При нулевой громкости вырубает питание усилка твердотельным реле.
Сам усилок можно в стену не замуровывать, сунуть поближе к колонкам или где место найдется. Если потолки подвесные, то в качестве радиатора можно прикрутить что-то реально большое, чтоб работало там без обдува.

не знаю будут ли шумы, если расстояние от усилителя до динамиков будет 6м

Вот совсем не влияет. Чтобы раскачать динамик помехи должны быть от чего-то типа электросварки или молнии. А вот помехи на провод которы ДО усилителя влияют намного сильнее, потому что усилитель их усилит. Решается экранированными проводами или брать усилки со встроенным ЦАП и передавать цифровой сигнал.

Мы в 2к18 или где, какой джек еще. Chromecast везде уже по моему встроен.

Усилители в китае класса D брать, не греются почти
Блок питания в наше время не проблема
Для управления сколхозить простейший микшер из нескольких переменных резисторов
Для каждого усилителя предусмотреть отключение питания или выходов (шум есть немного у всех)
источником может быть как уже писали что-то беспроводное
