Which board to choose with 20+ GPIOs and multi-channel audio streaming?

It is necessary to choose a board or a combination of boards so that you can process about 20 digital and a couple of analog inputs, have 5+ PWM outputs on board, and most importantly, broadcast audio in at least 6 channels.
So far, I have only worked with arduins, I don’t know which solution to approach better.
Ideally, if it will be an operating system with a connected mouse and keyboard and a monitor, with the ability to control the internal program from the monitor.
I will consider any suggestions. I welcome explanations of which software modules for this case are best used in the case of using a minicomputer.

First. You need to get out of the problem. What will the board have to do? In itself, the presence of a codec with a 5.1 decoder does not mean anything.
Second. I have not yet seen boards that have all audio inputs and outputs displayed on the codec. Purely as a demonstration of the controller's capabilities, a codec is installed in which one of the inputs and one of the outputs is involved.
That is, to get 6 audio outputs, you will need to separate the board with the codec yourself. At 100 c.u. and you definitely won't get it right.

in Malinka, let's say there is HDMI with 5 audio channels. Can they be redirected to homemade DACs or somewhere else and get at least a semblance of analog sound? I'm not interested in quality. it's just the presence of sound that matters, even if it's lousy.
If the task is more than 100 USD, then it is easier to send commands from the arduino via Ethernet to the computer and broadcast audio from the integrated 5.1 sound card))
but what about cubie or Ibox?
