Security when developing Web service code

I want to start a startup and involve third-party, unverified developers in its development.

Tell me how the processes are organized so that:
1) Nobody stole the entire source code (i.e. how to divide the areas between developers.)
2) I didn’t bookmark the code (and after the project was launched I got full access)

PS: Say at least something! ;) Books, courses, videos on YouTube. I’m generally zero - but I only find all sorts of “How not to fail a startup, why 80% of startups die” and so on

Why do you have so much code? A good development team can write a clone of any project in a maximum of a month, if someone is interested in your idea, they will copy everything without access to the code.

It looks like it doesn't.

I once had a similar thought. As an option, you can try to implement a secret sharing scheme , although
this is a separate large project =)
