"Security" of data in Azure?

Does the jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation extend to MS Azure services?
Specifically, will MS provide my virtual computers to the authorities, for example, by decision of the court of the Russian Federation?
PS There is nothing illegal there, but in case of checks, I would like to know in advance.
