Good afternoon. Transferred a simple restfull api to yii2 from netangels Russian hosting (apache + php7 + mysql) to paas web app azure (iis8 + php7 + mssql). Connected to cloud sql in the same azure. The location of both services was chosen by west europe (the netherlands). The bottom line is that the simplest pages that netangels rendered in 100ms, azure renders in 4+ seconds. For example, in one of the tests, the page was given in 3.7 (netangles gives the same page in 100-200ms) seconds, of which 1.9 seconds were taken by the simplest select and insert into the database. Those. right inside azure itself, the interaction between the web app and cloud sql took almost 2 seconds. What could be the problem? Perhaps the Netherlands is not suitable for accommodation? How to increase the speed to the results of Russian hosters?
