Secure email service

When using mail on a domain, the problem inevitably arises of which email to link an account with a domain registrar, hosting account, etc., which is required for mail to work on a domain.
Prompt mail service:
- Complicated authorization is required;
- Ability to create additional mailboxes (for example, GMail has [email protected]);
- For paid SLA services;
- Ability to use a shared server domain for a box;
- As little as possible independently filtering letters from spam (the address of the box will be known in narrow and "intelligent" circles)
The service may be paid.

It will sound funny, but either do your own thing, or look towards domain hosting from Yandex and solutions from mail.ru.
The second one is even more interesting. mailru-nicknames lately, well done, it seems, they have begun to try - here it is, for you, the solution)

of course they will throw tomatoes at you, but if you need 2-factor authentication, then paid Google or office365 is better
