What web-based email clients do you know for accessing a company's mailbox in read-only mode?

Task: give full access to mail on a public service to the secretary, and the rest - "just look" (without the possibility of sending, deleting, moving, etc.). It is assumed that the secretary will sit on mail.ru (account there), and the rest through some tricky web interface (I will install it on my server), which will pick up mail via IMAP and only show it. The account password will already be entered and is not visible to anyone. Why such a crutch decision? There are reasons, believe me. In general, I ask you to suggest exactly this web interface. I found many options, but they all give full access without restrictions...

There don't seem to be any. At least from free and popular. This is easy for a beginner programmer to do. For a couple of days piles.

Rouncube, you can make 2 muzzles: one with the possibility of removal, the other without. Naturally, you will have to modify the pens.

CRM has been used for a long time, and there, according to the policy, everything is read-only.
Who now generally creates mail without reference to the CRM, rem more already has options like B24.

But what if you build the following scheme:
1. sync mail with mail to yourself
2. make a public mailbox with read only
using dovecot 3. configure the web face to work with dovecot
p.s.
If it's not difficult, what solutions have you already dug up? share pliz
