Is there a possibility/tool to search for those files that are not used in any way and nowhere on an HTML/CSS/SSI site?

A file that is not used anywhere is not the same as not needed. For example, a favicon can simply lie at the root, without mention. Yes, the same index.html
Various IDEs have similar functions, as a rule they look for the use of a specific file. Not in a package. This will kill any average project.
