Hello. My name is Mikhail, and I am gathering a team for an Internet project.
What is the essence
of The project is a community of creative people: photographers, artists, musicians and others, we have a large list of specialties and no less a large list of specializations.
I’ll say right away about competitors, there are both direct and indirect ones.

But we managed to generate a lot of uniqueness:

The project is large and complex. In this regard, we have divided it into several parts and are now preparing to launch its first part, which includes a fundamental addition of work and a certain set of other functions. A full-fledged technical task for the user and administrative parts has been written. Thoughtful monetization. A promotion program for Runet has been written (we launch the site in Russian, then translate it into English). The backing is partially ready - the bases and some sections were written from scratch. The weakest link is the front.
Who we are looking for
1. Front-end developer
HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery, AJAX, responsive layout. Be sure to be able to solve simple problems with pure JS.
2.
PHP, MySQL, JS, jQuery, AJAX, git backend developer, HTML and CSS understanding. Must have experience or a predisposition to manage a development team.
Conditions
I offer to work remotely in my free time and for now without payment (as soon as we do the alpha, most likely we will look for investors). Instead of money, I offer a percentage in the company and, accordingly, in dividends. I am ready to fix all this legally after the expiration of the probationary period, which we will determine during subsequent contacts.
