Screen refresh rate greater than 60Hz for Windows 3.11?
I decided to build a system on a Socket 7 platform based on Windows 3.11 with AGP support - the only officially supported AGP card is Riva TNT with support for even 1024 * 768 and 65K colors, but the screen refresh rate is still 60 Hz - on a CRT monitor this is deadly for the eyes . (And for Gefoce FX5200 - it was not possible to achieve something higher than 640 * 480 - 16 colors)
PowerStrip - Not installed, and SciTech Display Doctor 6.53 for windows does not want to raise the frequency, since the card is not supported, and its 7th version was already for Windows 9x.
Is there a solution to this problem? After all, support for 3.11 was up until 2008.

He asked, he answered. Came across the DOS6.22 and Win3.11
forum today. There was no direct answer, however.
The solution to the problem for Riva TNT/ TNT2, and possibly other supported cards looks like this.
1. Download the official drivers for RIVA 128/TNT/TNT2 AGP/PCI v1.55
2. Open the OEMSETUP..inf file
3. Look for the lines below, for example, one piece of the block [1616ss]
a:nv4sys.dll,0:system,, ,
a:nv4dci.drv,0:system,system.ini,Drivers,"DCI","DCI=NV4DCI"
a:dciman.dll,0:system,win.ini,drawdib,"DCIDVA","DCIDVA=1 »
a:udh.dll,0:system,,,
a:dva.386,0:system,,,
,,system.ini,NVidia,"VideoDepth=","VideoDepth=16"
,,system.ini,NVidia,"VideoResolution=","VideoResolution=1600x1200"
,,system.ini,NVidia,"VideoDoubleBuffer=","VideoDoubleBuffer=FALSE"
,,system.ini,NVidia,"VideoRefresh="," VideoRefresh=60"
,,system.ini,NVidia,"ResourceSize=","ResourceSize=Small"
And change "VideoRefresh=60" to "VideoRefresh=X", where X is the frequency supported by our monitor at this resolution)
Many thanks to all for help.
I may say a banality, but what prevents you from taking the W95, since you have decided to shake the old days? In it, EMNIP with drivers is somewhat better, especially if you take OSR2 or newer. For those who are nostalgic for W3.1, you can choose the same GUI during installation.
