Screen error 15.6 1920x1080?

Hello. I recently purchased an Acer Aspire 3 laptop with a screen resolution of 15.6 1920x1080. When you start sony vegas or photoshop, and sometimes other programs, a blurry area (screenshot) appears. I think that under the guarantee you will not return it. There are no such errors on the desktop and other things. Tell me what's the problem? Maybe you know how to solve it?

The problem is that Photoshop tries to use the graphics accelerator for rendering, but it fails. There are two options: 1) try to update the driver, maybe this will solve the problem 2) disable hardware acceleration.
If you have a Radeon 535 Graphics, then you were not the only one with the problem , and it seems to have been resolved with updates.
