Scope of a part-time job for a system administrator?
Hello! I successfully work as a system administrator, but recently I'm starting to get bored, because despite the presence of work, it is monotonous. I would like in my free time both at work and at home to master another specialization that is not related to administration and later work remotely in it (freelancing as an option). Tell me, what really to study in a short time, where you can earn decent money later?
Of the options that I see - this is development on 1c, web development, mobile development, layout, design.
I will be grateful for the answers!

1c - theoretically, you can earn a lot, but the client base will grow very slowly
web development, layout, design - you can’t earn a lot, you can’t learn quickly
mobile development - you can do a lot, but it should become your main occupation. It takes a long time to learn
There are a lot of indicators, you need to quickly specify in the question from the very beginning
The most feasible option for getting small and medium money is to scale your admin services and bring them to large ones with the growth of your client base and your skills
Recently there was a question about "earn quickly and a lot while sitting on the couch." If you are bored - find another place, then you have outgrown the current place.
JFYI: I've had this where everything seems to be done, everything that can be configured. Just then a scandal with the director turned up (a wonderful person, in fact, the Kingdom of Heaven to him) - and I dumped into another office ... and grabbed my head - God, but how much I don’t know!
Maybe just raise the level of administration?
Learn linux, docker. Master the administration of mysql, bitrix.
Discuss the issues of website performance analysis.
Also a good platform for remote work.
For example, I'm tinkering with bitrix without really programming, there are enough other problems in it. Integrations again with different services.
And without experience and complete immersion, it will not work to switch to programming for at least a year.
Making good money without investing too much is IMHO just staying in the industry. Today, several related specializations are in demand on the labor market, in which the salary is one and a half times higher than the admin one - DevOps, SRE, all sorts of big data engineers. You can prepare and jump even without work experience, because the demand is high. Here is the challenge and earnings for you. Linuxoids again get more. But this is more and more true for large cities.
And an interesting side job happens on hh. Technical writers, pentesters, online course instructors, sometimes you see things you didn't know about.
