Hello. Please advise a program-editor for schematic drawings. For example, it is often required to schematically depict furniture on a scan of a room plan, draw curved arrows, make inscriptions, and so on. The same paint.net allows you to add shapes to the image (the same rectangle), rotate it arbitrarily (which is most often not implemented in other programs), but once you remove the selection from the shape, you won’t edit it anymore (unless you go back through undo actions). Yes, paint.net also does text callouts in its own way: a separate callout, a separate text. You have to jump from one program to another.
