SCCM. Error “Provider: SSL provider, Error: 0 - The target principal name is incorrect”. How to fix?

Hello.

In the logs of the SMS_NOTIFICATION_SERVER component, the error is:
“Provider: SSL provider, Error: 0 - The target principal name is incorrect”
Apparently, SMS_NOTIFICATION_SERVER cannot connect to sql.
There are several other components with the same error.
All clients at the same time with a gray X icon (offline)

Please help if anyone has come across

In my opinion, there is not much with SCCM here ...
Try it in the telegram in the SCCM group, Intune, MEM and just ... ask. They can really help if they respond.
