Why can't SCCM 2007 r2 see computers?

Installed on 2008 r2 following these instructions: www.petenetlive.com/KB/Article/0000297.htm
There are no computers in the "All Systems" collection except for the domain controller (on which sccm is installed), where to look, what could be the matter?

Firstly, to put something from the software (and even more so SCCM) on a domain controller bad manners have never seen the light of day.
Secondly, you need to distribute one way or another (and there are several - Push Install, GPO, Manual, etc) SCCM clients, after which they will register in the system and will be visible in the collections. Although knowing the peculiarities of the restrictions of domain controllers, it is not a fact that they will be able to register correctly. If there are errors - then don't blame Microsoft for being so bad and writing a bad program - they won't even consider the option of SCCM on DC.
