Scanning the corporate subnet

Good afternoon.
Tell me, are there any programs for monitoring the local corporate network, with the help of which I can find out from which client machine and where packets / requests were sent, i.e. I sit at my workplace, drive in the desired IP or address range and get the data I need.
On the server costs Win2003 server, on Win7 client machines. Everything is in a domain and connected to AD. If it can be viewed using standard tools or using Wireshark, it will be great.

@susnake

Use Nsauditor Network Security Auditor, IEInspector HTTP Analyzer, MyLanViewer, etc.

Hang up on the wireshark gateway, set up the rules. It would be nice to put an antivirus on client sites, but not some kind of trash like Avast.
