how to create a forest of domains and how to add remote domain controllers and is it possible to get authorization from another domain if they are in the same forest?

If you create a domain from scratch, then it will automatically become the root domain in the forest. To set up authorization from another domain, you need to set up trusts between domains (active directory domain and trusts console). And so I highly recommend reading some book on AD from the same MS Press, because you can’t tell about this in a few sentences.
