Tell me, please, what could be the error, when trying to synchronize users on rocketchat in the ldap section, nothing happens, there are no errors in the logs.
Users on AD Server 2016,
Chat on Ubuntu server 18.4

Install the ldapsearch utility on ubuntu and try to log in to the domain from it. You may have closed the necessary port on the domain controller.
ldapsearch -S -P -H ldap://dc.test.ua/ -b 'dc=test,dc=ua' -D 'test\adadmin' -w password' '(sAMAccountName=user)'
