Users on AD Server 2016,
Chat on Ubuntu server 18.4

Install the ldapsearch utility on ubuntu and try to log in to the domain from it. You may have closed the necessary port on the domain controller.
ldapsearch -S -P -H ldap://dc.test.ua/ -b 'dc=test,dc=ua' -D 'test\adadmin' -w password' '(sAMAccountName=user)'
And see tcpdump packages
