SATA/SAS controller under Open Indiana/Solaris?

1. 4/8 ports.
2. Support 2Tb+ drives.
3. RAID functionality is not important. It is mandatory that the disks be presented separately in the system.
In general, Intel SASUC8i would be suitable (it is known for sure that it works under diesel fuel), but there is a maximum of 2Tb disks.
They write good reviews about the IBM ServeRAID M1015, but it is absolutely unclear where to get them in St. Petersburg / Moscow.
I will gladly listen to your advice.

IBM ServeRAID M1015 This is the twin brother of the LSI SAS9240-8i. So you can take lsi.
He has drivers for Solaris 10.
