Lost sound in all applications. whatsapp, viber, instagram, youtube. At the same time, the sound of the call and notifications did not disappear. Media volume is not at zero. What's wrong? How to figure it out?

In short, it was decided by the method of dancing with a tambourine. Everything worked after calling Watsapp from another phone to this one. Geez how does that even connect. Everything worked, but the cause of the bug is not clear
