Sale of an IT product. How to organize everything?

Good day to all!
For a long time, I worked as a freelancer doing other people's tasks. Tired of all this and decided to finally create a product that can already be sold.
I have decided on the product itself, as well as on the sales market, the concept of how the product should work is there. I am more concerned about another question: how to sell via the Internet? I can't buy a domain, place a "buy" button on it, and, roughly speaking, wait until someone buys a thread. Do I need to open an individual entrepreneur / LLC for sale, pay taxes?
If it helps, then the B2B product, after paying the client, the program is provided.
If you advise literature, I will be extremely grateful to you!

As indicated above, the hypothesis that someone needs the product has not been proven. And if proven, then you still have to get a flow from which real customers will arise.
But, an important point, it seems that the product itself is not yet available. And you can be very wrong about the cost of its implementation! The fact is that freelancers work on very partial tasks, do not see the whole front of work on creation, support, updates, and, for example, may not suspect that their completed "tasks" are still being completed)

Working with potential customers is primary, only with its help you can make a product. Google Customer Development.
And if you first do some crap, and then try to sell it to everyone, no salesman will help. And it will look extremely poor.

"I have decided on the product itself, as well as on the sales market"
"I'm more concerned about another question: how to sell via the Internet?"
Mutually exclusive paragraphs.
You do not know how to sell, books will not help you - hire a salesman.
But are you sure you can sell the product?

Have you ever thought about the fact that there are a lot of free programs, but the developers of these programs live on something?
Start by creating a free version of your software. If it is in demand, there will be people who need cooler functionality for which they are willing to pay. Or some company wants to advertise in your software or someone will hire you, for example, Linus Torvalds, an official employee of Transmeta, receives a salary there, but at the same time is engaged exclusively in the development of the Linux kernel

You can. Some people just sell it that way.
If you decide to do business, you need to register and pay taxes.
In addition to the program, I highly recommend selling its implementation and support.

Look - everyone here is interested in everything to work out for you.
As for IP, advertising, a site with a buy button - this is all the necessary minimum.
But - provided that your product is needed.
Imagine that you are a business owner.
You are interested in ONLY ONE QUESTION - how much and for how long will my profit increase if I buy it.
If the answers are vague, then you should not waste your time. If you offer a good utility that will save time for admins/managers/accountants/cleaners, then the result should be $$$ savings. Moreover, this savings should outweigh the costs of implementation, the drop in productivity during the training of employees, etc. We somehow came up with some kind of technical device that should have been great to save electricity, but as a result of a conversation with the director of the office, it turned out that on the scale of all costs this savings is cheap and there is simply no point in messing with us. But - there were other tasks for which we could take on and which we did not suspect. So this is also an option - it's true that this is a kind of return to freelancing, but if it pays well, then why not?

Articles on this topic are periodically published on the ISPsystem blog: from installing a billing platform and setting up software tariffs, to connecting payment and integrating with Google Analytics (to evaluate marketing channels). One of the BILLmanager products is specially designed to sell IT products: hosting, licenses, subscriptions; accepting payments; providing support to clients.
