Вопрос поставлен некорректно. Для поддержки хорош Wordpress, по красоте лучше Magenta.
Магазин большой или маленький? Я бы смотрел в сторону WP все же, у них хорошая поддержка, много документации и т.д.
А так, кто с цем работает, то и советует.
