Safe storage of folder structure with lightweight files?

I'm used to managing posts/notes and important files (images mostly) with SublimeText. Is there any tool that could crypt all of this somehow automatically (or almost automatically) without disrupting my workflow?
mainly for osx, but ideally for iOS and Android

EncFS (compatible alternative for OS X: Safe ) is a good option. I can’t say about iOS, but there are options for Android on Google Play .
