Russian text search in C#/.net (not for server)?

There is a Russian text. We need to find out if there are words from the substring.
For example, "Masha washed the frame" - should be found by "frame", "wash" and so on.
Tell me which way to look within the framework of the .net platform. Needed for use on local machines (not on the server).
