Russian text in links: script?

When copying links with Russian letters in them in chrome, they are pasted in a strange form, ie (BD%D0%B4%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B2). Is there a user script or plugin that will fix this?

Quite a dumb solution, which I occasionally use in ff - copy the url without http, and then substitute it in the place where you need to paste it. Because http is not displayed in chrome, copy without the first letter, and then substitute it.

I don't know about the plugin, but it's called URL encoding.
There is such an online decoder: http://urldecoderonline.com/
I don’t know how in chrome, but in FF you can make a bookmarklet with JS that will decode the url and output it somewhere. I don’t really understand why you need this, explain, maybe then I can advise something more accurate.

This is probably so that the copied link can be used in browsers that do not support automatic conversion of Cyrillic to UTF-8.

1. Put a space at the end of the address and copy
2. Use the extension
