What is the hotkey for the developer tool in Chrome?

Damn, well, there must be some kind of hot key!
After I write the name of the new style (as in the screenshot), I press ENTER - the style is saved! To start setting the parameters for this style, you need to click between the curly braces with the mouse cursor.
Is there any way to do this without clicking the mouse? I want that after creating a style, you can immediately proceed to prescribing parameters!
