Rules for writing seo-optimized articles?

Hello!
I was puzzled by the promotion of the site in the PS (I myself, rather, a layout designer). Trying to delve into the technology of optimizing existing articles, I singled out the following rules for myself:

  1. Unique text with a low nausea score;
  2. The text should be divided into several logically connected parts, each nested part is titled with the heading H2 - H3 (depending on the level of nesting);
  3. Each heading should contain a key phrase (but not the same one);
  4. Text formatting: bold, underline, italic;
  5. Thematic unique images in the article, with alt tags;
  6. Links to other articles of my resource;

Is it enough to do them, or am I missing something? Specifically, there are a number of questions about these rules, for example:
  • What indicator of nausea is considered low?
  • How is the b tag different from the strong tag for PS?
  • How to determine the competition on demand? Analyze the TOP-10 on request, comparing the performance of competitors with your site?
  • When selecting keywords for a text, should you be guided by wordstat data for your region or across the country?

Also, I will be grateful if you can suggest suitable literature on SEO.

For your questions:
1) The indicator of nausea is a conditional parameter and it will differ for texts in different subjects, because not all words have a lot of relevant synonyms, etc. If you really want to use this parameter when preparing texts, you can display the average parameter of successful competitors and focus on it, although this cannot be called an ideal solution, because. competitors often have disgusting texts.
Here is an example: you are going to promote an article/section on the topic "Golden Aquarium Fish Breeding".
Conventionally, competitors with similar texts and a direct breeding process sit in the top.
If you provide users with more useful information, for example - give additional advice on how to care for the offspring in the early days or what kind of food is best to use during the breeding period, etc. - your content will be more useful, no matter how different his nausea score is from others.
2) The strong tag was meant as a tag for strengthening important parts of the text, and b as just displaying in bold some text elements of the site. But since for the user, the effect of these tags is the same - PS representatives have already stated in their comments that there is no difference for them.
3) Conditionally so, but competition consists of many parameters - this is the type of issue on request, and the type of sites in the top, their age, content, competitors' popularity (link, social) and other factors.
4) It depends on the geo-dependency of requests. For example, for the query "buy a refrigerator in Moscow" you can take the frequency throughout the country, but for a simple query "buy a refrigerator" you need to look at the frequency for a particular region.
Of the recommendations, what to read - first of all, the official guides of search engines, as well as what I advised in other answers - What resources and literature on SEO do you recommend?

3. It is convenient to determine competitiveness through the mutagen service (only in the Russian Federation).
You can choose the formula yourself and replace it in the keycollector.
4. For your region - if you need local clients.
1. Check the texts according to Zipfru for naturalness + through Glavred. You can also analyze the density / nausea of keywords in the top through services or programs.
2.have written already
