Routing zyxel usg60 not working by default?

zyxel usg60 firewall refuses to route direct networks.
created on zyxel usg60 firewall - 3 subnets 192.168.1.1/24, 192.168.3.1/24 and 192.168.4.1/22
subnets are assigned to ports and security zones.
for cleanliness - traffic blocking is disabled (exactly).
a switch with configured vlans is connected to the ports, servers are connected to the switch. each server pings its gateway 192.168.1.1, 192.168.3.1 and 192.168.4.1 respectively. BUT! nor how it turns out zyxel usg60 to force to route traffic between networks. a server from one network cannot get into the next one.

What needs to be done with the zyxel usg60 so that it starts routing?
