Routers not working in cisco packet tracer?

I created a simple enterprise-wide network, registered routes, first through the console on the router using the EIGRP protocol - as a result, the router did not even see another router in the route map. Then I tried to add a route in the 'Static' section and through which router you can get there - the same story, it was added, but it does not work, the computer from the neighboring network does not respond.
