Router TP-LINK WR740N upload speed via lan low?

When connecting via lan upload, the speed is very low. And when I connect directly (through a cable from the provider) the speed is 70/70mbs.
Notebook hp dv6 dv6-6b06er. The network card driver is from the manufacturer. Realtek
Windows 10 system.

Подключитесь к роутеру в LAN разъем и посмотрите в сведениях сети какую показывает скорость и сравните с подключением по провайдерскому кабелю. Возможно кабель, которым вы подключаетесь дохлый.

Try lowering the MTU on the network card

netsh interface ipv4 set interface “Local Area Connection” mtu=1200 store=persistent

I have the same problem with the same router. I decided to change the default ip of the router in the network-> lan section to 128.168.9.1 (to be sure), I also changed the dhcp range of the router to 128.168.9.XXX
Which parameter influenced the solution of the problem (or both), I can’t say for sure. Before that, I turned off QSS, it did not help.
