How to correctly apply GPO to Users?

Good afternoon, there is a network on n-pc. All Users in the Domain have normal user rights. There are 3 printers and a Windows Server with the Print Server role. There are 3 printers installed on the server in the print server, they are deployed in a gpo called Print-Server for users (deploy not on a PC). Updating gpupdate /force does not add printers. What's the catch? worked with GPO Little

Add to the GPO on the security tab the "Domain Computers" group with Read, then it will work
