Router - "patient alive or dead"?

Zyxel Kennetic Giga router, firmware from 2015 (latest) - Firmware-Keenetic-Giga-2.04[USD.2]C7
Worked properly all the years from the moment of purchase, if the Internet "fell off", then the problem was always on the side of the provider.
Until today .... In the morning, the Internet fell off (according to my local time), left a request, the operator, already from technical support, nevertheless forced me to connect directly, and there is an Internet. Through a router = no. Reboots didn't help, of course.
I understand that here Guys are much cooler with problems, but still .. help with advice:
1) LAN between computers does not work
2) I can’t enter the router via cable
3) after resetting to factory settings, the same thing
4) I was able to get into the configurator via Wi-Fi. I didn’t manage to configure the Internet, although I entered all the settings correctly, next to the connection in the configurator there is a clock sign, under it (with a lower priority) there is a Broadcast Connection ISP with a cross sign in a red circle (and before there was always a check mark, but gray) ....

Judging by the screenshots, there is no connection to the provider. If it is directly connected through the same wire and there is a tyre, then there is only one output - the WAN port is faulty.
I don’t know if it’s possible to reassign WAN to another port - it’s still not a Mikrotik, although it’s a pretty good router.

Obviously the switch chip is dead.
