How to disable the use of other dns servers on Mikrotik?

The point is this. On the router banned sites through static dns. Added local names which I redirect to local ip. But there are users who prescribe dns 8.8.8.8 on their machines. How can I disable this on Mikrotik?

Redirect requests outgoing to port 53 to the tick itself. It rolls, because hippies came up with DNS. Local users can write whatever they want.
chain=dstnat action=redirect to-ports=53 protocol=udp in-interface=Bridge src-port=53 log=no log-prefix=""
chain=dstnat action=redirect to-ports=53 protocol=tcp in-interface =Bridge src-port=53 log=no log-prefix=""

Make strict authorization mac address.
Set the required DNS on the DHCP server.

If you have computers under windows, go to the settings of the network card and forcibly register DNS. Put the IP of Mikrotik there, tell users not to use 8.8.8.8.5cae123d76129147226157.png
