Do you need to configure DMARC/SPF/DKIM on a dns hosting or on a mail server?

There is DNS hosting on nic.ru and configured mail for the domain on yandex for which the dns has an MX record on the Yandex server, i.e. the zone is not delegated. Where do I need to configure spf/dkim/dmarc, on Yandex or hosting? The point is that both on Yandex and hosting it is possible to make changes to the dns settings and this confuses.

spf / dkim / dmarc on DNS
dkim key is generated on the mail server
In Yandex, open the DNS editor there will be a key. And make a CNAME record for mail
