How to set up a DNS connection - Domain reg.ru + Hosting reg.ru + Cloudflare?

There is a .ru zone domain purchased from reg.ru, hosting on reg.ru with an ISPmanager panel, and an account with a Cloudflare domain.
The main goal is to link the domain to the Cloudflare service.

What is the best way to do this?
Option 1 - to link the domain and hosting, you need to register DNS servers in the reg.ru control panel - ns1.hosting.reg.ru and ns2.hosting.reg.ru, if this is done, then the domain and hosting will be linked, further in the panel register ISPmanager DNS servers for the domain in order to associate the domain with the service.
Option 2 - immediately register Cloudflare DNS servers in the reg.ru control panel to associate the domain with Cloudflare, then register DNS servers for hosting in Cloudflare to associate the domain and hosting.

Are my suggestions correct? Are there other options?

You need to do this:

1. Change NS domain to NS Cloudflare
   
2. Add an A-record to @
   
3. Do CNAME www to @
