Hello everyone, our site is hosted by Google, customers recently started complaining that it doesn’t open, it turned out that Google’s ip 173.194.71.121 was listed by Roskomnadzor, base number 2-165/2015. What to do, how to be, where to complain? Thank you.

Because the RKN does not understand and bans the entire server at once, even though there may be five or ten sites on it. You can write to the VKontakte group vk.com/rkn , where the admin promptly responds. Might help. Or write to them through the form of appeals to sites with prohibited content eais.rkn.gov.ru/feedback/. The official answer, why the entire server is blocked, is as follows:
Restriction of access to sites and (or) pages of sites on the Internet is carried out by telecom operators in strict accordance with the list of domain names, page indexes of sites on the Internet, as well as network addresses, allowing to identify sites on the Internet, access to which is obliged to restrict the telecom operator, based on the available technical capabilities.
