Robot enclosures, where to get?

So I wanted to assemble a robot of some kind, for example, a robotic arm. Where can I get a body? Having climbed the Internet, I found ready-made ones that cost fabulous money. And the first thought came lego beams ( www.homebricks.ru/catalog/category/Bimi-ramki-45), but far and expensive. Perhaps someone will advise other ideas for the case or on aliexpress, let's say the same beams (how much I searched, I did not find it)
Thanks in advance!

Shoot a Soviet metal (iron) constructor (now the Chinese seem to be doing it)
True, they say the metal is too soft. Although it all depends on the conditions.

Options for a car and a set of bogies:
1. search for suitable junk in the bottom of the barrel (ready-made or finish sawing)
2. look for suitable materials in online offline stores (ready-made or finish sawing)
3. learn to draw / model in cad-editors and order the manufacture of CNC parts by cutting or 3d printing
4. search on specialized sites for robotic hobbies
and so on, as long as your imagination is enough

you can draw the necessary parts yourself and cut them out with a laser from a plex, usually those who are engaged in the manufacture of advertising can do this, but this will not work out cheaply, because. for your sake, they will have to ruin the plex sheet and will most likely have to pay for it in full.

You can draw puzzle pieces in a 3d editor, then print on a 3d printer and assemble)
