Roboform, why doesn't the autocomplete field for the application work?

I ask for help from those who are well versed in roboform. The task is to set up auto-completion of forms not on the site, but in a windows application, in particular 1C:Enterprise.
Just in case: I know how to prescribe a name / password in 1C through the add. parameters, but I need to implement the autocomplete mechanism so as not to show my password and so that it works without additional. settings with any base that I will add to 1C.
What is happening now: the launch of this application does not catch automatically by the roboform, if you do it forcibly - it creates a passcard, but does not determine the login / password fields and does not add it to the passcard.
