There is no redirect. What's wrong here? There is no redirect, I just get a 404 at the same address. Variant with Redirect 301 /categories.html?cid=2829 www.kraski-kisti.ru/catalog/aktsiya/. Didn't work either.

Understood the question myself. It should have been in this format:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/categories\.html$
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^cid=2829$
RewriteRule ^.*$ http://www.kraski-kisti.ru/catalog/aktsiya/? [L,R=301]
